Your initial welcome email contains a random password to get you logged in. Save it on a notepad somewhere.
If you reset your password (because you forgot), check your spam! Sometimes it goes there. I know. It's stupid. We don't like it either.
When the system asks to send you a secret login code, select the phone number option. It's 100x more reliable at sending codes via text.
Now, The Fun Part.
This is the point where we can start setting up your account! We have a number of setup videos which show you how to do most things.
You can jump around if you want, but we recommend doing the Quickstart Guide first.
The Quickstart guide will get your account to a "Minimum Viable" state where you can start getting reviews.
The other trainings focus on getting the most out of the system if you choose to customise things further.
It's important to go through the Quickstart guide first to get you setup in as short a time as possible!

Once you're logged into the dashboard, you have access to a nearly unlimited amount of resources dedicated to help you succeed on the platform.

After putting this page together, it's probably best if you start an entire folder of bookmarks dedicated to this. I know it's a lot, but know this: We're 100% committed to supporting you on your journey.
If you don't hear from us within 48 hours of reaching out, assume we didn't get it or an email wasn't delivered. Once in a while, things slip though.
Remember, once all of the hard tech stuff is complete, you're done. Most of this is a one-time set-up and after you're done, you'll have Google reviews coming in on auto-pilot!
