Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026 · LocalGrowth Stack, operated by Jay Kirby, San Diego / Murrieta, California.
This policy explains what information LocalGrowth Stack ("LocalGrowth," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, our customer-list and review services, and the phone calls and text messages we exchange with you — including calls handled by our AI voice agents.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, city or trade area, and what your business sells — for example, when you request the free 100-record sample or start the monthly service.
- Communications: the contents of calls, texts, and emails between you and us, including call recordings, voicemail, AI-generated call transcripts and summaries, and text message history.
- Marketing list data: consumer contact records (names, emails, phone numbers, mailing addresses) that we compile from commercially available and public sources to build the lists we deliver to business customers.
- Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends when you visit this site. This site does not run advertising trackers.
AI calls, call recording, and text messaging
We use Bland AI voice agents to place and receive some business calls — for example, following up on a sample request, answering basic questions, and booking a next step when a person can't pick up. By providing your phone number and communicating with us by phone or text, you understand and agree that:
- Your call may be handled by an AI voice agent, and AI agents identify themselves as automated assistants.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and a summary may be stored in our CRM so follow-up doesn't get dropped.
- We may send you text messages about your request or account from our business numbers, including (619) 566-3235 and our AI calling/SMS line, (619) 566-3235. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing calls by telling us on the call, by phone, or by email. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything.
How we use information
- To pull and deliver your sample and monthly customer lists and write your outreach copy.
- To program and ship your NFC tap-to-review stickers and run review requests and replies.
- To respond to you, follow up on your request, and manage your account, including through automated calls, texts, and emails.
- To improve our services and keep records of work performed.
How we share information
- Service providers that run parts of the stack for us — including Bland AI (voice calling), Twilio (SMS), and our CRM and email providers — who may use the information only to provide those services.
- Business customers: consumer contact records are the product we sell. Lists are compiled for a customer's trade area and delivered only to that customer.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell the personal information of our own customers or website visitors.
Your choices and California rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of calls, texts, or emails — contact us using the details below and we will honor your request as required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. If your contact details appear in a marketing list we compiled and you want them removed, email us and we will remove them from future lists.
Retention and security
We keep customer records, call recordings, and transcripts for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Questions: email [email protected] or call (619) 566-3235.
